These terms cover the free diagnostic, one-off Starting Point Report, KLEK Practice and KLEK Tutor plans.
The free diagnostic gives an indicative GCSE Maths snapshot. The one-off Starting Point Report adds detailed answers, worked corrections and revision notes for that completed diagnostic. Practice and Tutor add ongoing personalised revision and premium progress features.
KLEK ratings and estimated grade bands are revision guidance, not official exam results or guarantees. Students remain responsible for checking work and following school or exam-board guidance.
The launch price shown at checkout is charged once. Access is attached to the diagnostic and profile identified at checkout. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
The price shown at checkout is charged when the plan starts and automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation is available through Stripe billing settings and takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless the checkout or law says otherwise.
Keep login details private and provide accurate information. Do not copy or resell KLEK questions, interfere with scoring, automate abusive traffic, or use another student's private report without permission.
KLEK Tutor includes daily and monthly usage limits so the service remains responsive and commercially sustainable. Tutor notes are educational guidance and should be checked against school or exam-board materials where accuracy is important.
KLEK may update questions, benchmarks and features to improve accuracy and safety. Reasonable efforts are made to keep paid access available, but maintenance and events outside KLEK's control may cause interruptions.
Card details, receipts and subscription cancellation are handled in Stripe. Refund or account requests can be made through the KLEK support contact shown on the account or payment receipt. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
